It all started long before 2004
As children, we ran through the streets of the village, amidst the scent of freshly baked cookies and hills that changed color with the seasons. We didn't yet know that one day we would transform those memories into something to share.
Locanda Cafè is born
When we were just over twenty years old, with a strong desire to build something of our own, we opened a bar, an inn in the heart of Monferrato. Day after day we learned the trade. Thousands of customers. Thousands of aperitifs. Thousands of stories. And above all, a growing passion: the search for the perfect balance of aromas, scents, and flavors.
A story that smells of home
After twenty-two years behind the counter, the time has come for us to create something of our own.
The scent that brought us home
As children, there was a scent that filled our home every morning when we woke up.
It was the smell of krumiri and cantucci baked by our mother.
A scent that, for us, means home.
That's why we decided to pair them with our Elixir.
