Not all amaros are born in a lab.

Some are born from a lifetime.

We grew up among these hills, amidst the aroma of morning coffee, the people met daily behind a counter, and evenings spent talking over a drink.

In 2004, we opened the doors of Locanda Café, in the heart of San Salvatore Monferrato.

What was initially a dream has become, over the years, our home, our work, and a part of our lives.

After over twenty years in the world of hospitality and mixology, we decided to create something that truly represented us.

This is how Elisir del Monferrato was born.

An artisanal liqueur that tells the story of the territory where we grew up through its aromas and emotions.

The delicate notes of lavender meet the character of black pepper, the softness of hazelnut, and the elegance of black truffle, creating a unique and surprising balance.

Alongside our Elisir, we also wanted to include the scents of our childhood.

The artisanal krumiri still prepared by our mother today are the taste of memories, of snacks from when we were children, and of the aroma that came from the oven and filled the air of our home.

To make this package even more special, we decided to include our story printed inside the box.

Because we believe that some products should not only be tasted.

They should be told.
